We sailed from Puerto Rico to Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas with Mom Ballard, stopping one night at Culebra Island. We crossed what is called the "Virgin Passage" and it was indeed Mom's first long sail. We took a bus to the airport to make reservations for her flight back to San Juan and then another bus to Red Hook to see some of the island. Mom went in the dinghy here for the first time to get ashore.
